Question about iRiver H10 MP3 Player
A friend of mine bought an H10 a little while back but only used it a handful of times. Recently, I bought it from him, but I am having trouble connecting it to my computer. I plug in the USB cable to my H10, and I get nothing. It connected the other day just long enough for me to add a "test" track and since then, I have not been able to get anything from it. I spent almost six hours the other night trying to troubleshoot it, but I have not had any success. Is there any particular reason why my computer is not noticing my H10? Is there anything that I can do to fix this, or is it just my computer?
The iRiver website has the software - just enter your model number, go to the support section.
