We need a password

Hi..

Before I've experience the password problem of the router. If the password of your router is not already set. Try to use the "admin for the user name" and "admin for the password". That's what i have do before and it is OK.
If you set your password be sure that you will know the password.

Reset the router to default, then setup a new password:

Step 1 Locate the reset pinhole on the back of the unit.
Step 2 With the unit powered on, press and hold the Reset button.
Step 3 Hold the Reset button for about 10 seconds.
Step 4 Release the Reset button.
Step 5 The unit will reboot. Allow 20-30 seconds before reconnecting.
Step 6 The device is now at factory defaults.
Then go to 192.168.2.1 leave the password blank and click submit.
