Question about HP Officejet Pro L7680 All-In-One Printer
U can try to make a copy from the pritner first , in case u can do that. Then u can try to reset the printer to its factory defaults .
Perform a semi-full reset on the all-in-one by following the steps below
Take out the cartridges from the unit .
Make sure the unit is connected to the wall jack directly without any surge protector.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the unit ( without turning off the unit ) .
Now press the # and 6 key together , while holding these keys down plug in the power cord back into the unit .
Do not release the keys after a few seconds u will find te hp logo or bars moving across the screen .wait while the unit turns off.
after one minute turn on the prnter . it will go into alligment phase > let it finish .
7 Allow the all-in-one to re-initialize. This may take a minute or two.
8 If prompts appear in the all-in-one display to set the front panel language and country settings, perform the steps to set this information
NOTE - in case the issue is with top feeder then use the ok and cancel key combination.
