I have a error message " Flash drive Error, backup files and format drive."
I did. 3 times.
I reload different files and same message.
The number in the owners guide go to a 1 person answering machine, and have not return any calls x 3weeks. No website to look for answers or patch.
Please Help.

- To delete your files.1st conect your mp3 to computer.
2nd go to my computer and find mp3 player drive and format drive.
3rd you will get a warning message telling you if you do this it will erase all date on drive. ( make sure you are on the mp3 drive or you could delete your hard drive. )
4th click yes.
5th It should show drive space before and after format.
Now you can dowload new files to your mp3 player.
But if you have the " AUDIOPHASE KZ111/112 NOTHIG WORKS AND THEIR IS NO TECH SUPPORT !!!!!!!!! "IF ANYBODY CAN HELP PLEASE RESPOND.

I have a probelm getting video content onto the Audiophase KZ111/KZ112. I know the vids have to be in .smv formate. When i move .smv files onto the device, they will not play. Has anyone got video to actually play on this thing?
