Hi,
I would appear to havve mislaid the manual for the above heater. Unfortunately I've tried to reset the heater but I can't seem to be able to get the heater to remain on. Can you please help or direct me to a department where I can obtain another manual.

I have the dimplex dancing fire W..20 and I've just managed to change the bulbs!!!! Take the coals out and turn the fire upside down. In the bottom you can get your hand in the middle and unscrew the bulbs. There are two and they face each other. It's a real pain and a large mans hand won't fit. You meed two 60watt candle small screw to replace them. hope this helps.
