Take a look at your owner's manual. You are going to have to struggle a bit working your way through the menus because of the different language. It will be in the same sequence no matter what language is being displayed but the menus will appear the same. Once you find the language you will be able to find English.
Start your tt. On the map screen tap the screen. Then tap the wrench (bottom far reight next to the forward arrow). Tap the forward arrow until you come to a icon of flags. Tap the flag icon then you can set your language.

go to a language converter on the internet and enter line by line into a language converter and de code the gibberish to english little by little it will start to make sense
turn on your sansa fuze then press the menu button then go to the picture of settings then go to the very bottom of the list and press the center button then go down 5 slots and at the very top it should say english and press that one or find someone that speaks the language and have him or her fix it
on you main menu go to the wrench picture, that is change preferences. Then touch the arrow, above done on the screen 3 times til you reach the screen that has "3 flags flying. that is the icon to change language. touch that, choose english us and you're done.
