Dimension 4 microwave stuck on demo mode

hi I'm trying to cook a jacket potatoe but i can't get passed demo mode. I've tried a few things and thought I had it working, ie i heard the fan noise, saw the light inside and the turntable turned but after three attempts at 10 mins each, nothing happened to the potato at all! I don'tknow how to work the microwave, can anyone help?

Page 13 tells how to shut off Demo mode. (Press FUNCTION-0-2.)
