my mp3 won't charge at all it just shows a little dotted bluse box when i take it out of the computers it shows the word sansa real big then goes to a lock pic then shuts off and won't come back on at all this happens every time i=i just got it and the first time it worked then after that it wouldn't charge i leave it in the computer for hours still don't charge
