Question about HP LaserJet 1320n Printer

Paper jame I have a error saying I've a cartidge gde jame there is absolutly no paper in the printer, I've opened back no paper, took my ink cartidges out anreplace them. Please help me some anyone. Thank you for your time . Cheers from DownUnder Gail..

This machine only has 3 or 4 sensors

1- In the paper tray to tell it it has paper
2- right before the toner telling it it has fed the paper or if it jammed
3- at the exit of the fuser
4 it may have another one at the very top where the paper is exiting.
If there is no paper on any of thaose then you have a bad sensor/or it is out of place.

Cartridges won't move


turn off open cartridge unit and try to pull the whole print head. some units you can move only when off. if too hard then its locked. make sure cartridges are set correctly in place if it has a lid make sure its closed( for printer head not printer)

Printer is stuck with empty ink cartridge after inserting a new one, How do you do a factory reset?


there are 4 cartidge in the printer , and usualy when getting empty , message will tell you empity ink ,
1- try to open and close the ink cartidge more than once .
2- before that check the cartidge front out let ( should be opend) by turning the niylon on it , this should be done when inserting the cartidge.

Hy everyone.I've got a problem.I am having canon pixma MP190 and when i click "Print" the printer shows "The following ink cartidge cannot be recognized : Color".Please i need help !

is there an error code, i know with cannon it has to be there cartidges or you will get and error code( as in a #) now i also remember that on a canon both cartidges have to be in machine and in the correct slots and in a tight position. try hitting ok on printer and see if it prints even though you get an error message that would tell me it is bypassing the ink cartidge and then if i were you go back through the steps i the manual for replaceing an empty cartridge with a new one .

HP Deskjet 5740 I have not used my printer in some time and both cartridges are half full. It printed with the black but came out with gaps in the printing so i took the cartridge out and put it back...


it is better to change the black cartige becaue there is the jam of the ink in black cartidge. or pick out the black cartidge and clean with soft paper in the place from where color is pour. then reinstall the cartidge. i hope it will ok. otherwise, change the cartidge.

are you sure you got the right ink cartidge put in? Also check if you took that piece of plastic that coverred your ink cartridge contact

When turning on the power, the Carriage

located to the front side of the printer. CAUSE

Ink System
CR Scale
CR Encoder Board

OR IT S SAMPLE JUST WHEN YOU OPEN THE SCANNER TRY TO MOVE THE CARRIAGE BY THE GEAR OR SOME PAPER JAME IT DO THIS PROBLEM.

i m sanjay i want to give u a suggestion.
1) pls open the printer and then remove the cartidges colour and black both.
2)After that clear the cartidges these cartidges with the cleaners as example coling, kiwi kleen etc
but keep a care
after this cleen the mouth where from the inks are come out after this replace your cartridge and then replace your cartidge afetr this follow the next


open the back side of your printer and then you can see a pipe clear this pipe and after this clear the aboves roubber's pipe after this close the back sides cover and then use your printer i thinks that after following these process you can't get any problem.

This is Vikram Kumar Thumu from India-Hyderabad. I have seen your issue and I would like to provide my solution on the issue.

Well, this is the issue that could happen with either with Printer Software or with Printer Ink cartidges that could be out of ink or very low in ink...


To isolate and to resolve the issue I recommend you to perform below solution. I hope that this will fix the issue for you.

Solution 1: Hard Reset Printer
---------------

1. Turn OFF printer
2. Disconnect Printer from Computer.
3. Remove the Printer Power Cable from wall outlet and then try to remove the ink cartidges from Printer.
4. Wait for a minute.
5. and then reseat the Printer ink cartidges and then Connect the Printer cable to the Computer and then Power ON Printer.

This should generally fix the issue. However, if the issue still persists then I recommend you to proceed further solution on the issue.

Soltution 2:
---------------

Right click on the Printer icon of HP Deskjet D4100 Series and then select the option " online " and then press F5 key in the keyboard. to effect the changes.

Solution 3:
---------------

Try to print a Cartidges Test page from Printer Properties to check the ink cartidges ink status.

if found issue with ink cartridges then replace them else try to uninstall and reinstall the Printer software.

This should resolve the issue. If the issue still persists then I recommend you to contact HP CHAT SUPPORT or HP PHONE SUPPORT team or HP EMAIL Support on this issue. They can help you further to resolve the issue for you.
