PSU IS OK? You're sure? You tested the 3 main voltages coming out?

DON'T rely on; "The LED lights are on, and the fans spin, so therefore the PSU must be good.

1) If ALL the LED lights were on at once, they would use less than 1 Watt of power.

2) EACH fan uses 2 to 3 Watts of power.

3) A typical Processor uses 51 to 125 Watts of power.

With a Power Supply that has a weak voltage power rail, you will see LED's light, and fans spin; BUT not enough power to turn the Processor on.

Power Supply also needs to be plugged into motherboard to test, because you need a Load on the Power Supply.

PSU is KNOWN to be good? I mean KNOWN.
Not, "It's brand new so I know it has to be good"
Okay, moving on.

How did you test it? Install on another working motherboard?

Are the Electrolytic Capacitors on the motherboard good?

Capacitors on the motherboard are used as Filters, and Voltage Regulators.
The ones used as Voltage Regulators are in the Motherboard Voltage Regulator Circuit,

Part of what the Motherboard Voltage Regulator Circuit does, is to regulate voltage for the Processor. (CPU)

The CPU MUST have a steady, 'clean', supply of voltage, and it MUST be kept within the Processor's voltage tolerance range.
Too much, or too little, and the CPU shuts off. BIOS turns it off.

(CPU stands for Central Processing Unit. Another term used is Microprocessor, or simply Processor for short.

Hello here is the homepage:

Any abnormal beeps at startup ???

The problem could be a ram module failing, or the graphic card if installed on the mainboard.
Or a short circuit somewhere.

Look also here:

Try starting with only 1 stick of Ram, the monitor and the keyboard connected, no other USBs to be connected.

Look also for bad caps on the mainboard:

If they look like this, the mainboard is dead.
It does not pay, to let them be changed.

Good luck

Pc not booting

If you hear the CPU fan turn on that doesn't mean the CPU itself is working. It can be only that the motherboard is getting power. Check all your connections such as monitor and peripherals and re-connect them. If you still don't get P.O.S.T. or ANY letters or boot options on your screen then your CPU is dead. (unless your monitor is bad)
Another easy diagnostic is using your ears. For example the pitch sound of the fan in some motherboards tends to lower and then increase because it's reading of the hard drive. This means your CPU is ok but either your graphics connection is bad or your monitor is.

When i plugged power cable to my pc cpu fan start without press power button

It should start for a few seconds, the fans should spin and then stop. You should be able to power it up as per normal. If that is no the case then you are having hardware issues which could be the Power supply

I have an Intel E210882 mother board. Within a week, it was starting to become hard to boot, then I had to boot in F8 mode, and now when I turn on the power switch, the LEDs light turn on and the cpu fan...

If you have another computer that will hook up to the internet, download a copy of any live Linux CD (UBUNTU) and see if the computer will boot with that (you download a image file that burns to a boot able cd). If it will boot with a live CD, then you have a Hard drive / operating system problem. If it will not boot from that, you have a mother board problem. Start removing things from the motherboard, unplug and remove everything then plug hook up things one at a time.

First open cpu cabinet then pull cmos cell from motherbord for 10 minutes.
Refix RAM memory.
Reattch ATX power connector to motherbord.
Reattch power cable and SATA or ide cable to harddisk.
Clean dust from all parts of motherbord.
Open processor fan and processor.
Then reattch both.
Make sure motherbord is not ground with cabinet.
When you power up the computer press F1 or F2 or "del" key then enter in bios .
Make sure in bios your harddisk is detected.
If not then change SATA or IDE cable of harddisk.
Then check .Go to boot menu nof bios then set first boot device as your harddisk. Then save settings and exit.
Let me know if you need further assistance.Thanks.

I have a problem with Intel D845GVSR Motherboard with 2.0 GHz processor. When I power the M/B, only the Motherboard LED is on, but no boot, no cpu fan running. No beep code also. I check the SMPS, RAM,...

Think this should be an issue with the power button, Remove the wires running from the power button to MB and try starting the system with shorting the 2 lead of the power button..

Mostly, it can be due to bad power supply or Ram

Intel DG965RY CPU Overheating

Check the clamp of the cooling fan. If the clamp is not engaged, heat sink didn't take the heat away from the micro processor causing CPU over heating.
