Reset my soundbar

i have a philips home Soundbar. We had a power surge yesterday during a storm. It was plugged into a surge protector but now its stuck in standby. It sat unplugged overnight and is still stuck in standby mode. How can I possibly reset this?

Amp is probable going into protection mode. Disconnected all speaker and av wires (only power) and check if it switches on. Try to plugged it in also at another wallsocket. Presume PSU damaged by surge
