All of a sudden my grandaughters Dora TV, when you hit the "on" button, the TV wont stay on. I cant remember what I did with the manual to call emerson and get information on how to send this back and have it fixed. It is still under warrenty, and I would like to get this fixed for my grandaughter.

I have the same problem with my Emerson VCR. When the ADD button is flashing, just press the menu button to exit the menu. It will add. That's the only thing I know to do. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

You can get an original Dora the Explorer remote for this television at remotes.com. That's where I got mine.

Connection to "Dora TV"could be 'opened' [internal wire inside TV could be damaged). If the 'DoraTV' works like a regular TV,then look for a "INPUT" switch on TV or remote control if it uses one.
