i have a pro 2018 scanner and it was a gift it was programmed already i put it up for an now it seems i can't get all my channels now,so what do i do

Access your manual numbered channel mode so you can "step" through each channel manually. Make sure that each channel is NOT in L/O or locked out mode. If it is, use the key that un-locks that channel. Also, make sure the frequency is correctly entered for each channel in question.
