Printer problem the printer is going paper jamed . i had removd the paper but its still agian going paper jam . i had clean the printer and also rebooted the printer ,but now when it starts , checke the self test and then on 60% test its goes off and then again going to reboot. can sanybody plz assist me on this .plz

    Phaser 8400 printer (piece of...) says Paper Jam- Open Front Cover to Clear. Which I did and the silly thing says there is still a jam. My office is remote and I need to print marketing material for presentations. Last time the stupid thing did this I had to have a tech come try to figure it out.....PLEASE HELP.

Hi: I have a lexmark X2330 the on light keeps flashing and won't let me shut it off... i unplugged it and same thing only when i put in the paper. and it runs through i get the light flashing.. it says paper jamed... thanks debbie

Are you getting any fault codes?

Try cleaning the rubber paper feed rollers. If it fails to pick up the paper in a pre determined time it will show paper jam. The pick up tires must pick up paper when turning, if not the paper will not feed into the machine and it will show paper jam with no jammed paper.

Try and see if you can locate a small piece of paper that might be causing your printer to jam. Turn the rollers and see if you can see any small pieces of paper stuck in between the rollers.

Paper jamming sign lit up but no jammed paper seen
hi there shuld be paper inside or may be when u removed jamed paper not proper way some pice of paper struck in the sensor thats why paper jamed lit up clear the whole paper path it will solve problem if not there is any path sensor not working good just clean the path sensors

Paper Jam cleared but?
It sounds like the paper sensor in the paper try is broken or jamed. Remove the paper tray and locate the paper sensor. Check if it is jamed in the up position or if it is broken.

When loading printer it says there is a proiplem
your printer getting the paper jam error.......
first try to check wether the paper jamed or not...
then if still displaying paper jam then try to rest the printer or open the printer then clean the all parts then plug it.

replace the ink cartridges first... could be just a cartridge issue...
do a print head cleaning... refer to your user's manual for step by step instructions on how to do a head cleaning on your printer.
