You will need to contact the person who sold you the system (assuming Windows came with it and you didn't install a copy of it) or sold you this copy of Windows and tell them that you are going to require a LEGAL copy of Windows. If they are unwilling to help you, contact Microsoft and tell them that you were sold a pirated version of Windows and need to get a genuine copy. Genuine means that it is an real and legal version sold by Microsoft. If you purchased a version with a Volume License Key and are not part of an organization that has multiple Volume License Keys for it's systems (and the one you are on), then it is most like an illegal copy.
