Note that the wire colors may vary slightly depending on the specific year and model of the vehicle, as well as any modifications that may have been made to the wiring harness. Also, keep in mind that it's important to properly match the wires from the harness to those on the radio to ensure proper functionality and avoid damaging the radio or other components in the vehicle.
THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE A RADIO PROBLEM. IT MAY BE WORTH YOUR TIME TO HAVE A DODGE DEALER CHECK THE RADIO TO SEE IF INDEED THE RADIO IS BAD, BUT THEN YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO REPLACE THE OEM RADIO WITH A NICE AFTERMARKET RADIO. THESE HAVE COME DOWN IN PRICE DRASTICALLY AND ARE PROBABLY CHEAPER THAN REPLACING THE OEM RADIO. WITH NO SIGNAL OR STATIC ON THE AM BAND SURE SOUNDS LIKE THE AM BAND IS DEAD.
