Dehumidifier -any brand

I have a vacation home that needs dehumidification during the winter when it is unattended. It needs to be a low-temp model 35 to 100 pints/daywith an auto restart as power outages occur 1 or 2 times a week. It must have a drain hose and be dependable, as no one will check it for a month at a time. There are so many complaints about these-is there one manufacturer that clearly makes a quality product? thanks, passinggas
