I have the exact same problem. My 755p (4 months old) suddenly froze on access powered screen. Tried warm reset, hard reset, everytime it will just hang (freeze) on access powered screen and do nothing. Tried calling Sprint - not a help, sent me to a store. Went to the store and they wanted to charge me $55, even when I have sprint 'total equipment plan'.He says, i can call palm directly if i don't want to pay $55. huh... sprint and palm what a perfect marriage of worst customer service I have the exact same problem. Did either of you recently install the update for 755p from Sprint? Soon after I installed it (within a few days) my phone started that as well. I spoke to tech support at Sprint and they were zero help. I went to my local store and explained to the tech person there exactly what was happening and told them I thought the Sprint update caused it. The rep. agreed and they replaced my 775 with a new one as he said it could not be fixed. I think because I told them the problem was caused by the update then they were obligated to fix it (or I least I made them believe that).

try pressing power key + home key + volume up key at the same time, see if you can boot to recovery, then, once rebooted, select clear cache partition, then select wipe data/factory reset..
and better not use a charger not compatible to your phone.. hence it would burn those leads inside..
I have this phone and im having the same problem...what works for me is to plug it into the charger and turn phone off then back on again...i have to hold down the on/off button a few times before it comes back on.....im sure once i get a new battery this wont happen....ya i can only talk on it a few min and cant sent pic messages becuz it will shut off if i do.....try replacing the battery
There is a JTag Tool Exist for such problems and it is the only way ! You can find at : www.omnia-repair.com Or you can also send them to repair your phone ..
I have the exact same problem please tell me how to fix this i had the phone for less than 24 hours and it wont turn back on i can see the send and end buttons light up but nothing happens ... i took the battery out of the phone cuz it froze on me and it wouldnt allow me to do anything but now after i did that it will not turn on is there any kind of way to fix this.?
