Air coming out of vent very low and not cold

my air conditioner was working perfectly fine and now its not getting cold air and it is releasing very, very slow and very, very low cool air, Help please! I would like a company to give me a free estimate.

My home AC unit got charged about A month ago. Very little cool air is coming out the tech said their was a leak but he couldnt find It. But heres the thing i set it at 78 it will get down too 78 when the sun goes down but during the day it will not go lower then 82. but the air is like a little cool and warm. Please help

Try cleaning the coils with a wire brush and soapy water.
