My system is windows vista 64 bit. Print shop deluxe 23 will not save a creation as a pdf.

If Print Shop won't export to pdf (possibly due to copyright restrictions for 64-bit operating systems), you can always install pdf creator: http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/

This will create a printer in your list of printers in your print menu that creates pdfs for you.
