Laptop will not let me turn on wireless

if you have a built in wireless card it has a software program to run it either in all programs or controll panel,try to turn it on from there,check settings make sure hot keys are enabled and correct,also check the device manager and make sure it is enabled,uninstalling it and reinstalling usually fixes problems like this,make sure you restart after uninstall,before reinstall
