Depends what FTA box you have and what LNB's you have hooked up. Also depends on what your running. There's different fixes out for certain boxes and others are still waiting. Now as for getting them there is a various amount of message boards and websites where you can get them with easy to use instructions with the 'loaders'. Again adding the fixes varies box-to-box, as with some you can upload the fix via USB, others have to be serial connected, and others hook direct into the internet via ethernet cabel (i.e. nFusion).
gee. you have to have the hot air removial tool to take out the t sop.then you have to wipe it and reinstall.these t sops are not readily available.you will have to descard it or find a repair facility that could repair it.if you google neosat repair you may get lucky and find a repair facility in canada.
