Question about Food Mixers
You have sheared the shear pin. It's designed to break first to protect the more expensive parts. I did this once and the pin cost less than a dollar. A cheap fix, but repacking the grease with fresh cost about 50.oo for the can (it only came in gallon size....didn't need that much of it, but it stores well)

I think your toothed belt is gone and have to be replaced.
