Electronic window air conditioner 12000 btu. will not operate.

It has an arc protecting plug with a little green lite that shows power and a reset button. The little green lite works but the air will not turn on. Also the digital pannel dose not lite up. Please help. Thanks

check other power supplies use ext. cord yes ext.cord just for test
