how can i delete the files in my phone memory when it turns off immediately?

With phone switched off, press and hold * key, 3 key, and green call key. all at once and switch phone on. Dont let go till phone starts. When it does, your phone will have formatted and all files deleted (on phone memory only).
NOTE: Backup phone memory before formatting (like contacts, messages, gallery, calender data)
