hello i just brought a digitale camcorder and i cant get it to sace photos or videos there is a card in there it wont let me playback on anything and computer cant read the usb cord and some sort of driver i need have i wasted my money

- hi this is vanessa i have a problem with the digital camcorder well i just found out that its not the camera its the computer.i have uninstalled it and reinstalled that many time its not funny.
my computer is running on vista and it cant find the folder i need, it is there.
i need to change the name and put another file into it i have done it but wont stay there.
been on the net for the last 2 days and lot of people are having trouble with there vista 2 so has anyone got some ideas of what i can do to make it work.

I have found the original manufacturer, I think" www.yahee.com.au with an email address sale@yahee.com.co and emailed a complaint, because I have the same problem (plus a dead 2GB SD card).
