Wii Fit Board stopped responding to 'jump' on Ski Jump Game?

I've had my Wii Fit Board for two days. Took a few attempts to synchronise, but worked fine until now. It no longer responds on the Ski Jump game when I stand up (to 'jump'). However it works fine with other games including when I have to stand up to 'jump' on the Tightrope.
Any ideas? also I cannot find where I go on the menu to test the board as referred to in the manual.

It also says I gained a kilo since yesterday.. do I need to possibly need to re-synch because of this?

Can the Wii Fit lose your save data over time?

I've had my Wii Fit for about 2 months. My wife and I were really getting into it, I was mad because my Mii was super chunky; I decided that I was going to do something about it, played it for about a week and then stopped. We turned it back on this past weekend and it still had our weight and stuff, but all of our scores for things like the obsticle course, ski jump, downhill ski, and all the others were gone. Yes, it can lose your data. Should it? No. Don't feel too bad about it though, it's a fun game and very addicting; and when getting back into shape is fun, it's doing it's job. Have fun!

Respectfully,

Don

Wii fit board keeps saying get off and press A to initialize game but no one on the board. Have tried new wii fit disk but same. Other ski game works with the board

You get off press a wait for it to say step on and then get on. If it keeps saying it after you get off, take out the batteries and get a new battery pack, don't step on it at all until it loads.

My wii fit board keeps jumping in tightrope game

We had that issue one game and the problem was that we had multiple users all using the same Mii character but weighing between a range of 60lb between people. Because the fit uses weight to determine if you are actually jumping (since you're not supposed to break contact with the fit board) if one user weighs more than the previous person who's weight was used as the calibration, the second person will seem to be in a constant 'jump' state. Try resetting the weight for the Mii you're using, or just recalibrate between users. This totally solved our problems!

I cant synchronise my board with the wii box

Make sure you are trying to sync it when the Wii Fit game asks you to. It will say "place you wii fit board on the floor and turn it on" or something like that. and then when it asks you, turn it on, and it should sync.

otherwise, try it on another wii if you can... if it works on another wii then its your wii.. if it doesnt work on another wii then it is you Wii Fit Board.

Wii Fit Board won't register with Wii Fit software

Nintendo had me set and reset the console and then the Wii fit board. They also had me take out the batteries from the Wii fit board, and repeat the reset. Apparently this works in many cases. IT didn't work for me, so now I'm bringing the unit in for repair. I am just a week past my 90 day warranty- they are charging me 47 bucks to fix it! What a sham! that's half the cost of what I paid for the darn thing!

Wii fit does not recognize movement on board. This is a new problem. I've used the board and know how to move on it. Tried new batteries, recharged battery charger, re-synched, help!!!!!!

I called Nintendo and they said there are sensor problems with some of the boards. We had to send ours back, free of charge (they even paid for shipping) and had a new one within 12 days. 1-800-255-3700 is the repair and troubleshoot #....

Wii fit

I found this on a related post, but it should help:

Hi,
After posting my message here I started to fiddle around with the wii fit again and went slowly step by step through the synchronisation steps. Voila it works! what I had done wrong was that I did not press the red synchronisation button for the wii console when the blue lights (after pressing the sync button) on the wii fir board started to flash. you must do this when they are flashing. Hopefully you are as lucky as me and it will work for you too.
