This same problem happened to me. i tries lots of stuff then found it.
the unlock code is 1234

Hello,
To my knowledge there is no master unlock code, but most phones have a default unlock code which is the last four digits of the phone number linked to the phone. Try entering those four digits. If that does not work, borrow a phone or use a land line and call the customer service department of your cell phone carrier (EG: Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint).
