How to install ralink drivers for '98 computer

I am having trouble installing the drivers for a '98 computer for a ralink CNET CWP-854. Can you please assist me?

If it is windows 98 you will have to have the latest service pack for it windows se I think I haven't used it for years but from what I can remember some of the versions of 98 won't let you install various cards.
