Go to this URL: http://www.gesecurity.com/portal/site/GESecurity/template.GESShort?product_sku=DVMRe-Pro it will take you to a contact form for GE security Systems...give them all your details including you GE security Pin if you have one or give them the Serial Number....and tell them you need the code they should have it on record for that serial number....hope this helps,ben
