I have a webcam that I'm not sure of the maufacture's name. It worked beautifuly before I moved and got hit with a virus. If you can help me, I'd appreciate it . If you can't, I'l buy a new one.

When I bought this laptop I was told that a webcam is already installed. But when I tried using it I got the message that it there was no webcam installed. I brought it back to BESTBUY where I bought it and an employee checked it and then did something to it and told me that it's already fixed. But when i tried it with my friend I still got the same message that no webcam was installed, If I go to VIEW MY WEBCAM what I could see was my myself in front of the laptop. What could be wrong here? I hate bringing back the laptop to BESTBUY since it's a waste of time complaining there because for 2x that I"ve brought it back there I spent almost half a day just sitting there and waited because they're undermanned. Should I sue BEST BUY for this?
