My itouch is frozen and i cant move anything around

Have you tried reseting it? Hold down the "Home" button and the "Sleep/Wake" Button for about 7-8 seconds, or until the Apple logo shows up. After that it should be fine. If that doesn't work, try restoring it, plug it into your computer and open up iTunes, then select your iPod Touch in the list to the left. Now click the "Restore" button located under the big picture of your iPod Touch.
