First off make sure you have no blown fuse. but front blower motor may be bad. if it does not work in any speedyou can check for power at the wires going to the blower. under dash on passenger side

AC Compressor running but no cold air?

If no air is coming out, the blower fan is not coming on. Find the blower fan, follow the wires back from the blower motor to a plug, unplug it, set it so the blower should be on, check for voltage across the plug. If there's about 12 volts, but the blower doesn't make any noise when you plug it back in, the motor has a problem (mine once quit like that because a moth got into it). If it buzzes, etc. the fan may be jammed.

I have a 2005Chrysler minivan front heat does not blow back heat blows cold cold air front doesn't blow at all what could this be

If the front heater does not blow any air suspect a defective fan motor or resistor. You can try turning the blower on and banging the underside of the passenger dash to see if it begins working again. If it does, suspect a bad fan motor. If blowing only cold air, the most common problem is a low coolant level

Suzuki x4 2009 fan does not spin but when I turn air on it blows cold air.

Not sure which fan you mean. Engine cooling fan is different from heat/air blower fan.

Air Conditioning

Could be any one of several things, including a faulty blower motor, electronic controller, resistor, or relay.
Someone will need to check the blower motor for power and ground, then trace the wiring as needed.

The a/c on my 2010 Mercury Milan quits blowing after about 2 hours of driving. Any ideas?

Sounds to me like the A/C clutch is no good and out of adjustment. You should goto your nerrest junkyard and get a used assembly take the clutch off then you learn how it comes off and install it on yours the save the pump for later use if needed. The clutch should only have a .010 air gap after install between th inner elctro magnet and the clutch plate it's self.
