Line Level Options to Sub

By Errin on Nov 28, 2007

My receiver does not have a specific sub output. Are there any other RCA connections that could be connected to a powered subwoofer to feed the signal to the sub. My receiver does have a tape monitor which I have an equilizer currently connected to. Are there any options to connect the sub via RCA with what I have instead of using the speaker wire connection method?

- You know, I feel like an idiot after really thinking about it. Should've done that before I posted I guess. After reading other similar threads, guess the only way is through speaker wire connections. Line level is just that...level...no change in volume with the rest of the system....that won't work! No need to reply, got my answer. Thanks.
