By which tricks did you format the phone ? If you have done by typing *#7370#,the code should be same as what you have entered during it prompted.If not there is no other way..So my best comment is to visit nearest mobile repairing shop.Good luck

How to proceed
When using symbian60 v1 based phone such as nokia 7650, 3650 or N gage models these two key sequences can be entered in the same way you dial up a phone number. The phone will prompt you to enter a security code (12345 by default).
