More than likely, the grill's regulator is malfunctioning. To solve this, turn the LP Gas Tank Valve OFF and disconnect the hose. Turn the grill burners ON, wait 2 minutes and turn them OFF. Reconnect the hose to tank and open the tank valve VERY, VERY SLOWLY (Slow motion, slow) Once the valve is open all the way, light the inner burner first and turn it to the highest setting. Does the flame height look correct? If so, light the outer burner and turn to HIGH. Do both flame heights now look correct? If so, you solved the problem.
If you are using an
insert-able gas canister, instead of a 20Lb LPG Gas tank, do the same thing as above, except remove the canister. Since there will be no hose/regulator assembly involved.
