i have samsung mpower 569 cdma. I install software from free cd comes with phone. after successfull installation when i try to run software it gives nps main error and crash the applicaiton.
pls help.

go to the samsung website and download the update software and the usb drivers for the phone , this should correct the crashing issue on the pc
