Generic problem for all Jensen Car Video Players

Every time I turn on the VM9312 It starts with volume at the highest volume so I have to low it manually or with the remote control.
The installer told me that I have to read the manual and that there's a function that I programed that is causing this problem.
What can I do??

I dont have a manual and i cant set the volume and it goes to the max volume level.
