Problems with my mouse

sometimes my mouse workd just fine and the rest of the time i get a error code 24 in the device manger..... i have tried unplugiing thr mouse and also updating the drivers... but nothing seems to work.... if it is a problem with the hardware y the mouse works fine sometimes???? plz help me out.//// thanks in advance...........

the drivers may be faulty, check with the manufacturer
