Try reverse, forward, reverse a few times. If thet doesn't work, unplug it, turn the shredding unit off and pick out whatever paper you can see, both top and bottom. Watch your fingers, the cutters are sharp.

Pour a good dose of shredder oil or spray in a good long squirt of WD40 into the paper opening , leave for 15 minutes and give it a try in reverse

I JUST CLEANED ONE AT WORK AND IF YOU ARE NOT MECHANICALLY INCLINED YOU HAVE TO DISASSEMBLE THE UNIT TO CLEAN PAPER WILL GET JAMBED IN THE SHREDDER LIKE YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE
