Hi,
Looks as if the your player unit has developed a malfunction and needs to be reset.
To reset the unit insert a hard, slender stick into the reset switch hole and push the reset switch. (see the attached image) The saved settings will not be erased.
If this fails to rectify the problem, you'll have to get it serviced by a qualified service personnel.
