If is a serpentine belt, take it out and check the belt tensioner. some of them have a screw that allows for tightening/loosing the belt. Sometimes it looses some bearings and it could chirp.

It's quite simple, really. You have an electronic bird living under the hood. Electronic birds are very rare in the United States, so it is not surprising that the dealer is not familiar with this problem. The best solution is to let an electronic cat loose under the hood of your car and let it kill the electronic bird. Don't worry about noises from the electronic cat - they are a lot quiter than electronic birds and usually make only a dull electronic purring sound.
