Have you tried unplugging the power cord from the router, waiting at least 15 seconds and then plugging it in again? This will reboot the router. Mine occasionally exhibits your problem and this solves it. You might have to turn off the PC's wireless connection and then back on (or sleep/wake up or reboot) in order to have the PC initiate contact with the router again.

Cannot connect to internet today. Yesterday all was well.

If the modem works and a desktop pc works through the Ethernet port of the router, then try plugging the pc laptop into the same Ethernet port using the same cable as the desktop. Most laptops have an Ethernet port.

If this works, then the problem is the wireless access?

Check you still have the wireless set-up on the pc laptop, if not re-install it.

Worked fine up till yesterday now wireless wont work

The wireless cards in the computers need to be configured with the router's wireless settings so the computers can connect to the wireless router.
Resetting the wireless router back to the factory defaults will not let the computers connect to the wireless router without configuring the network card in the computers with the router's wireless settings.
I suggest you configure your wireless router with encryption settings to prevent unauthorized persons accessing your wireless network and Internet connection and your computers.

To secure your wireless network from unauthorized access, please click on this link and follow my instructions :-http://www.fixya.com/support/r3559128-wireless_router_security

Wireless

Try to see if there is sufficient ip address the router gives. The flashing thing only means that it is processing infos.

No access for other laptops on my wireless router

You need to access the router's setup page using a computer that has Internet connection through the router. To do that, launch IE from that computer and type 192.168.2.1. It will then asks for a username/password. Try leaving the username and password blank. If that doesn't work, try admin for username and leave the password blank.

It will then open your router's setup page. Just click on wireless tab on the left panel and then click security. There you can set security mode to disable.

Hope this helps!
