There is no lint filter in this machine, however, the condensing duct and condensing bellows can get be a problem later on if it gets jammed up with too much lint.  If you notice that it takes 50% longer or more to dry your clothes, you will need to have the duct checked and cleared out of excess lint buildup inside.  Not an easy job but it can be done.

How to respond to "Clean Lint filter" light.

had similar trouble and it can start a FIRE. Try cleaning the vent outside. The shutter doors can be hindered by lint and critters. If cleaning the vent door is not enough, take vent pipes apart and clean them. This should be smooth aluminum pipe not, the corrugated plastic etc.. If this does not cure it, the blower may be clogged or dead inside your machine.

Check filter light blinking will not start only beeps what to do please help

Probably a lint buildup on the sensor. Need to clean the entire lint system. Should be able to remove the plastic frill if the lint filter is inside the drum. Remove the two screws and clean out all the lint then pull the dryer out remove the vent hose. Run a vacuum hose or reach up i to there and pull out the li t. Then clean out the vent hise...a broom handle works if it's a straight shot.

Flashing check filter I have and cleaned all filter, but the dryer is still not drying.

Have you cleaned your outlet vent tubing? Cleaning filters is just one part of really cleaning your dryer. You have to clean your dryer vent from the back of your dryer. Disconnect the vent from behind your dryer and use a shop vac to suck out any lint that mite be built up. Blocked lint tubes are #1 cause of dryer fires.
Hope this helps

I suppose you want to clean the lint vent to outside. Clean out the filter first by removing the manual filter and pulling off all stuck lint. Try this link to clean the vent:

I have a lg tromm dle2514 dryer and the check filter light is on. I am willing to clean it (I've already cleaned the front filter area) I just have no idea where there is another filter

Hi,
There is no other filter to clean other then the one lint filter.
I would check the dryer vent to make sure it's not restricted with lint build up or has any kinks in it. Also check the outside flapper at the end of the dryer vent to make sure it's clear of lint and able to open all the way.
If your dryer vent is ok and the lint screen is clean then I would remove the front of the dryer and check the blower/fan housing for lint build up.

Turn dryer on and it starts to heat up and then the heat stops and within about 2-3 minutes will start to heat up and then the heating up stops.

Clean out the exhaust vent tubing really good.. A moister sensor will detect any build up of lint and shut the heat off

I have a kenmore elite HE2 dryer and it takes 2 or 3 times before the clothes are dry

know this may seem simple, but the lint filter needs to be cleaned after every load- some times twice- 'specially if you have cats, or heavy blankets, or lint prone fabrics. might try using vacuum cleaner to clean vent tube, or check external vent louvers. blocked or repressed airflow can really slow the drying process!
good luck!

My dryer gets really hot, but the clothes take a long time to dry and it is really humid inside the dryer. Also, there is a weird smell almost like a burning smell.

It sounds like the dryer isn't getting enough airflow, which might mean a clog.

Make sure you clean the lint filter every time. Also, make sure the vent hose isn't kinked or clogged (if you can, remove the vent hose and clean it out.) Also check between where the vent hose connects to a wall or pipe. There could be a lint clog anywhere between the dryer and where the air leaves the house.

you need a dryer vent brush first, bought at home depot cheap, and clean the entire vent to the house, then clean where the vent hooks up to the machine,if your filter is where your door is pull out the filter and stick the brush in there and pull out lint, also use your vacume, remember you let some lint out when you let the hose blow out but theres a lot more there to clean, and also unplug your machine as you do this,if this helps please give me a fix ya vote
