Upto my knowledge, IRiver-E100 Supports "WMV" format but there may be some restrictins like bit-rate, frame-rate..(WMV1,WMV2,WMV3..)
There is a vedio convertor available for this, Here

Iriver supplies Movie Converter to transcode videos into an E100-compatible format and recommends iriver plus 3 to transfer them to the player. If you are unsatisfied with Movie Converter's performance in the past, I would recommend skipping it entirely and using either CloneDVD mobile, iriverter, or SUPER.
