Help me to find solution about d harddrive of my ARCHOS AV700

im using archos av7oo.cant accessed anything.once its played on,you cant even go to music videos nor any movies coz once d player started downloading it,its just automatically shutting down.i even consulted a technician regarding it and they even reformat it over and over again yet unfortunately its no good at all.we came to conclude that the main problem was the hard drive itself..kindly help us regarding this matter.
P.S...is there a Archos service or repair center here in the philippines?need ur advice asap.Godspeed!
