Hi Joanah,
If you need to reinstall the HP DeskJet 3550 and the installer CD is no longer available:
1. Download a copy of the
driver from the HP website to the PC where the printer will be installed. Pls be reminded that drivers are very OS specific;
2. Upon completion, simply double click on the downloaded file (3500????????.exe ) and the installation would start.
