You are currently experiencing virus infected which block the programs. Try to use safe mode of your system then download AVG Anti-Spyware and its absolutely free of charge click below links http://free.grisoft.com/doc/5390/us/frt/0 and install the AVG Anti spyware and run scan to identify the spyware and remove all.

If the problem still the same, please let me know.

Crtl-Atl-Del and kill / end any unwanted processes.
Try disabling startup programs. Go to Start > Run (search in Win 7) and type MSConfig. In Startup tab, uncheck anything that you don't want Windows to load automatically. It will make Windows boot faster and use less resources while running. This just disables them in startup. Programs will still load, but when only you initiate.

Why windows vista is too slow?

for fixing this problem u need to first configure the startup configuration. ie.

1.
start>run> type "msconfig"
select "startup"
remove the files that are basically stores in the program files section but remember do not touch the apps that have destination of c:\windows.

restart the pc.
it will be faster.

2.
for better performance use softwares like tune up utilities as these OS are mased on graphical simulation remove the animations and if recommended the aero part.

computer>right click >properties
select advanced system settings
in the performance block click 'settings'
and remove the aminations.

My computter closes the site when i try to downloads java

Is your firewall blocking blocking the website? If your are using any antivirus program bundled with "internet security" probably the firewall is blocking the java site. You have to make exclusion in the fiewall setting for the "http" site.

Laptop performance is very slow to open and close am using using windows vista home with 32 bit

Try changing the setting of your computer. I use vista 32 bit and it'a fast.
The specs of my laptop is dual core processor T3200, (2.0GHZ), 667 MHz Fsb, 1mb(cache)
Moblie intel Graphics media accelerator 4500. And it's really fast when i changed my setting.

Here is my instruction to make your computer fast.

1. click start menu
2. Control panel
3. search for performance on your search box
4. click performance info tools
5. click adjust visual effect
6. click the box with best performance

and there it will go like it is a CPU.

Vista startup problem due to Daemon tools..

if you have the original windows vista OS cd you can boot up as though you are going to install the OS. It will then list the current windows installations on the system. Click on the one you are having problems with and click repair. This should fix the MBR info and other boot up problems.

Insert your Windows Vista Basic CD into the CD ROM drive and restart your computer.

It will autoboot from the CD and you can reinstall Vista Basic.

Should you have further problems don't hesitate to give more details.
