Lexmark printer 3500/4500

THE PAPER IS STUCK OF FEEDER CAN'T SEE IT.

Hi, I am having problems with my Lexmark 3500-4500 printer. When I try to print 6 pages of a document only 2 or 3 pages print. Has anyone experience this problem and if so could give me advise on how to fix it so all pages print.
