Where can I get technical support
Hi, I am having problems with my Lexmark 3500-4500 printer. When I try to print 6 pages of a document only 2 or 3 pages print. Has anyone experience this problem and if so could give me advise on how to fix it so all pages print.

For finding the asnwers to the issues yourself, you may look in to the website http://support.lexmark.com and choose your printer.

If all the rollers are turning, there may be something in the feed path that you can't see. Go to step 6.
If not, there is probably a feed motor or a gear problem and the printer may require service.

To all Lexmark owners with the lost disk problem.
If you do not have the disk you must download the software from Internet, follow instructions below,
Click here:Official Lexmark Drivers and Software
A web page will open, follow instructions, select model, select operative system etc., and click on download .
Chose to download the file in my documents when asked.
After downloading, find the file,double click on the file ,then if you get in troubles, follow the instructions below to reset and reinstall drivers:
Contact Lexmark here, to see if the disk for your printer is available.
Note:some printerdoes not work on Vista, if you do not find any driver download for Vista on your model page, that means your model is not Vista compatible.

Looks like a "Color Table Missing" issue. Try to follow the troubleshooting steps found in this article in the Lexmark website: Error Message: 'LexmarkCUPSDriver Quit Unexpectedly...', 'LexmarkCUPSDriver Failed...', and 'Color Tables Missing' on the Mac OS X v10.6.x.
