Question about Baby Gear
I have the same model WM1633. make sure the side that says push is facing forward and is on the bottom. Also, I think I had to unscrew the slider pieces to put the side on then screw them back on. I lost my directions, sorry I can't be more specific. My problem is trying to turn it into the toddler bed now without the directions

I have a crib with the same model number, except it's not cosco..at least i don't think it is. it's dorel. anyway, i have the same crib i believe, and if you say all the parts and hardware is there, maybe you forgot to put on the stoppers at the bottom of the sliding rail. that's the only thing i can think of. hope it helps...if not..try see if you can contact dorel.
